Adviser Technology Index
What we have done
The Adviser Technology Index (ATI) takes a fresh approach to understanding advisers’ use of technology, as it
-
-
- Brings together factual responses on the use of systems
- Adds advisers’ opinion and intentions based on their actual experiences and,
- Creates deeper understanding of firm’s current and planned use of technology.
-

The analysis collates the views of over 200 advisers, from varying sized firms, but predominantly larger firms, and is designed to be the first ever data source which delivers a comprehensive understanding of not only which technology systems advisers use, but how they use it, and their thoughts about it.
Through 120 pages of analysis, it compares how different systems are seen by their users and which are the strongest in different areas. This is then compared against the market average and each of the leading 7 key Adviser Technology vendors.
For each software provider the report also includes analysis of what their own users most want to see improved.
