Automatically extracts fact find data (assets, income, expenditure, investments, retirement, protection) from adviser meetings. Side-by-side comparison with existing CRM records, enabling quick updates or new entries. Cuts down manual re-keying, reduces errors and improves compliance accuracy.
Client Profile: New client-centric workspace inside Aveni Assist. Advisers can now search, view and manage clients directly, rather than navigating via individual meetings. Provides a consolidated view of income, expenditure, assets, plans, recent discussions and meeting outputs.
Document Generation: Automates production of Suitability Reports, provider/client letters, ISA withdrawals and annual review letters. Draws from multiple sources including meeting summaries, fact finds, CRM (iO/Xplan) data and other documents (PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX) Ability for firms to control their own templates in the product at all times and does not require any technical set up.
Aveni Detect – Product Updates
Reporting: Six business-ready dashboards now live, covering Calls, Vulnerabilities, Human Assessments, Aveni Flags, Cases, and Dissatisfactions & Complaints. Provides automated vulnerability detection with Consumer Duty categorisation, QA tracking across interactions, risk trend analysis, advisor-level performance metrics, and complaint/dissatisfaction tracking.
