The AdviceTech Forum’s July session examined how Consumer Duty reporting had evolved three years after its introduction, and where technology providers could offer advisers greater support. The panel comprised:

  • Marjolaine Quirke, Managing Director at TFAS Compliance;
  • Sapna Shapero, Head of Technology and Strategic Programmes at Chesterton House Financial Planning;
  • Paul Simcock, Technology Director at Fintel Services.

Chaired by Ian McKenna, the session explored what firms had learned since implementation, whether reporting had become easier or harder over time, and how well technology was keeping pace with regulatory expectations.
