What Dynamic Planner’s agentic platform could mean for your practice, now and in 2027
- Capacity: Dynamic Planner’s top quartile firms served 41% more clients per adviser between December 2024 and June 2026, from around 130 to more than 180, with only 3% more sessions on the software.
- Revenue: After stripping out market movements, assets per adviser in those firms grew 22%, or £12 million each. At a 0.76% ongoing charge that is £91,200 a year of extra recurring revenue per adviser.
- Live now: The Agentic Advice Platform launched on 29 October. Meeting capture, automatic fact find updates, the AI report companion and API access are live now.
- By year end: Visual Insights opens from 1 November, with agentic mode, the agent assistant and further natural-language insights due by the end of the year.
- Coming in 2027: The adviser app, configurable workflows, natural-language drafting of suitability reports.
- Price: The agentic licence costs £59 per user per month alongside a Review or API licence, from 2 November. Background workflows sit in a separate Wealth CRM module.
- Safeguards: In every tool the final decision stays with a person. Client data stays in Microsoft Azure in the UK or EEA, and Dynamic Planner hold ISO/IEC 42001 certification for AI management.
- Verdict: The real story is business transformation rather than the AI headline, and the governance, stewardship and data questions here are worth asking of every supplier.
